Registration for the 34th International Conference on Advanced Information Systems Engineering has not opened yet.

Each paper (in the conference,  workshops, and co-located events) should be associated with a regular registration for (or including) the event the paper should be presented at. Authors of accepted papers should register by the date of the camera-ready submission deadline.

Substitution, cancellation and reimbursement policy

The conference cancellation policy: 

• For cancellation requests received before (TBA), the registration fee will be refundable, with the exception of a € 50/€ 25 handling fee.
• Cancellation requests received between (TBA) and (TBA) will be 50% refundable, € 50/€ 25 handling fee not included.
• Cancellation requests received after May 6, 2021 will not be refundable.

No refunds will be granted to non-attendees.

All refund and cancellation requests must be sent to caise2022@kuleuven.be. Please note that if you are an author and cancel your publication fee, the articles included in it will not be presented at the conference nor included in the proceedings.
